Friendly, plain-language terms for using Spread. By using the site or the app, you're agreeing to these.
What Spread does
Spread shows you how AI answer engines describe your business and helps you improve how you show up. AI answers change by wording, city, and day, and they're outside anyone's direct control. So our reports are an informed estimate, not a guarantee — we can't promise a specific ranking, that any AI engine will name you, or a particular business result.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of the business details you enter. Please don't use Spread to misrepresent a business you don't own or operate, and keep your sign-in secure.
Fair use
- Don't abuse, overload, or try to break the service, and don't attempt to access other users' data.
- Don't use Spread for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
- We may pause or close an account that's being used this way.
The service, as-is
We work hard to keep Spread accurate and available, but it's provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Spread isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. When we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Spread after a change means you accept the updated terms.
